By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms apply to everyone who visits the site, signs in as a member, or submits information through it.
Use of the Site
This site provides information about the Ronceverte Lions Club and its programs, including youth and adult basketball, community service, vision screenings, and gym rentals. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation.
Member Accounts
Signing in uses a passwordless "magic link" sent to your email — whoever controls that email address controls the account, so keep your email secure. New accounts are reviewed by a Club officer before they get access beyond the basic sign-in screen; we may approve, decline, or revoke access to member features at our discretion.
Community Service Logging
Members can log volunteer hours and request sign-off from a Club officer. Sign-off reflects our own good-faith record of hours performed for the Club — it is not a legal certification or guarantee that any school, court, employer, or other organization will accept those hours for their own requirements. It's your responsibility to confirm what documentation an outside organization needs.
Content You Submit
Anything you submit through the contact form, or any photo you upload to your profile, may be viewed by Club officers as part of running the Club. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, or anything false, abusive, or unlawful.
Donations, Sponsorships & Gym Rentals
Requests submitted through this site for donations, sponsorships, or gym rentals are inquiries, not completed transactions — a Club officer will follow up directly to arrange payment and details.

This site links to third-party sites we don't control, including iHOOP iNDEED for league schedules and registration, and our social media pages. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
